The Meeting Notes template ships with the four sections that matter — Context, Decisions, Action items, Open questions — plus an action-items table with owners and due dates.

Steps

  1. Open the converter.
  2. Pick the Meeting notes template.
  3. Fill the Date, Attendees and Notes-by line at the top.
  4. Replace the placeholders. Add or remove rows in the action-items table.
  5. Export PDF.

What goes where

  • Context — one paragraph on why we met and what we needed to decide.
  • Decisions — bulleted, with the owner. One line each.
  • Action items — table with #, action, owner, due. Easy to scan, easy to track.
  • Open questions — numbered. The list you bring to the next meeting.

Sending notes well

Notes that get acted on are notes that fit on one page. The default Minimal theme + no cover page keeps the document compressed. Circulate within an hour of the meeting — that is when memory is still cheap and corrections are easy.
